Provimi Foods Inc. has launched COPPER RIDGE RANCH, a new line of grain-fed veal, through its retail and food service channels. This new product is naturally fed and offers the tenderness of traditional veal with an excitingly rich and full flavor. Copper Ridge Ranch veal is an all natural product and has a broad appeal to consumers who are always looking to try something new. For food service customers, Provimi has raised the bar with this new signature item that perfectly complements their full line of gourmet sauces.

Copper Ridge Ranch veal is raised on natural grains, which enhance the marbling and flavor. It's currently available in quality-controlled portions and will expand through Provimi's full line of RTS products, including veal pot roast, breaded veal patties and gourmet pasta dishes.
